How to apply to attend Exhibitions

Since 1 January 2007, applications for most exhibitions are made using a fully on-line application form (some exhibitions may still use a downloadable application form). Application should be completed by the deadline date specified in the Exhibition details. The details for each event listed in the exhibitions calendar contains a link to the relevant application form when it is open for recruitment.

Institutions must be appropriately accredited by a recognised UK authority. Please refer to our Partnership eligibility criteria for more information.

Institutions usually send employees to manage their exhibition stands. However, you may wish to invite locally employed staff or agents to assist them. Local staff and agents will be classed as official representatives and may represent a UK education provider at an exhibition without an employee of the institution accompanying them. Please see our terms and conditions for further information.

Stand sharing and consortiums are also permitted. Institutions wishing to share stand space or exhibit as a consortium should also refer to the terms and conditions

Selection criteria
Prior to the application deadline, space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If the number of applications exceeds the number of spaces, selection will take space with priority given in the following order:

Country Partnership members (when an Exhibition is held in a country that has a Country Partnership)
Partnership members
All eligible non-Partnership members

Non-Partnership members can only be accommodated after all Partnership members have been allocated spaces.

After the application deadline has passed, if there are spaces remaining, they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with no priority given to Partnership member institutions.

If an exhibition is oversubscribed, a waiting list will be created. Institutions will be placed on this list according to the selection criteria. Spaces will only be offered to those on the waiting list if additional space has been made available due to a cancellation.
