Working with agents

Students throughout the world are increasingly turning to agents and the services they provide to help them in the pursuit of an international education. At the same time, research shows a significant growth in the number of UK schools, colleges and universities using agents to recruit overseas students.

Although the British Council does not accredit or formally recognise any agents, we provide a number of services to assist agents working with UK institutions. We value agents as our marketing partners and have therefore developed various products and services to increase the quality of agent's work.

Our agents strategy
We are constantly striving to develop the role of agents as our marketing partners. In this section, find out how we are working to increase the number and effectiveness of these agents.
