Leadership for change
This programme will identify and develop leaders for change in Ethiopia, including change agents in Government, civil society, political parties, the media and the private sector. We are working with key leaders in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Addis Ababa City Administration on strategic planning for more effective leadership in delivering services to citizens.
