Capacity building
This project aims to build the skills of central and regional staff involved in procurement, financial management and reporting for the social sectors.
 What is DelPHE
Development Partnerships in Higher Education (DelPHE) is a new scheme which will support partnerships between Higher Education institutions in the UK and 25 selected countries overseas finding new ways to fight global poverty.
