'I have been improving my English for many years through studies and extensive practice, and I had come to the point where I was ready to declare myself an expert user of English. Taking a CPE  exam (Certificate of Proficciency in English)  at British Council was just the right step to take in order to do so with confidence.

The difficulty of this exam was described to me as intimidating and I would say it is a tough test to pass. However, all the effort put in does yield its fruit. The certificate I have obtained is a very convincing proof of my English competence. Boasting the possession of this paper, I was able to start my studies for a University of London degree. Here, again, the British Council is of invaluable help to me - now I come there to take my university exams.'
