Frank Hinds, our colleague at the British Council Caracas has sadly passed away.

Frank worked as a teacher at the British Council Caracas for 17 years during which time he earned the love and respect of colleagues students and the many Council contacts he worked with. We will remember his undaunting sense of humour even in the worst of times. We will miss him and extend our sincere condolences to his family both in Venezuela and Barbados.

A service will be held in Caracas prior to his funeral in Barbados. There is a condolence book in Caracas if colleagues in the region wish to send a message.
