What is DELPHE?

DelPHE is a Higher Education partnership programme designed to tackle global poverty and sustainable development. The programme is funded by the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID) and managed by us. The programme will provide funding to support partnerships between Higher Education Institutions working on collaborative activity linked to the UN Millennium Development Goals.
