30th Arts & Business Awards
Nominations are now being accepted for the 30th Arts & Business Awards which will take place in November 2008. The awards celebrate excellence in the field of cultural partnerships and sponsorships, and this year the British Council will again be sponsoring the International award which recognises global-level partnerships that build both brand reputation and audience. New partnership agreement for Wales Arts International
A new partnership agreement between the Arts Council of Wales and the British Council was signed on Thursday, 17 April by Peter Tyndall, Chief Executive of the Arts Council of Wales and Martin Davidson, CEO of the British Council. This is a reaffirmation of the unique partnership organisation known as Wales Arts International (WAI). It also marks the tenth anniversary of WAI and paves the way for new, longer term projects and programmes. Find out more about WAI here.

Grants to artists

If you are a visual artist and have an exhibition of your work overseas, we may be able to help with your transportation and travel costs. We can't help with exhibitions in the UK.
