ARTISTIC POLICY
The Mercury Theatre company exists to inspire, entertain and engage through theatre. It strives to achieve this by producing classic plays and exciting writing in a range of venues within and outside it’s building in Colchester.

CURRENT PRODUCTIONS
Coriolanus An all male cast, directed by Tina Packer (Artistic Director of Shakespeare & Company), presents Shakespeare’s classic Roman play.

Julius Caesar Dee Evans directs an all female cast in Shakespeare’s gripping play about power, corruption, loyalty and backstabbing.

WRAP-AROUND
Activities include workshops, residencies, lecture demonstrations and post-performance discussions.
