ARTISTIC POLICY All of Chris Goode’s work, both solo and with his ensemble Signal to Noise, aims to approach the deeply emotional through the brain, and the vividly intellectual through the heart. Sometimes challenging, often experimental in form, but always warm and accessible, the work presents daring ideas and reveals hidden narratives about human interaction and the will to communicate.
REVIEW EXTRACTS ‘Outstanding … Beautifully judged in the way it suddenly turns the emotional screws … Small but remarkable.’ Guardian (Longwave)
‘Quite simply astonishing… Jaw-achingly funny material and moments of strangely haunting poetry… Intangibly beautiful and sad.’ Culture Wars (Hippo World Guest Book)
‘The best show I’ve seen on the Fringe... Genuinely resonates with the transformative power of theatre.’ Scotland on Sunday (Homemade)
