Our Library and Information Centre has a wide variety of resources. You can find a range of fiction, from classics to modern. We also have materials on business, science, technology and the environment and. We provide access to 40 newspapers and periodicals, over 552 documentary videos, 2604 home videos and 761audio cassettes.
Joining our library will give you access to a wide selection of fiction and non-fiction, which can be borrowed. There are over 11,702 books in our main collection with a particular emphasis on, education and English language teaching, management, finance and business studies, law Development studies, science and technology, English language, engineering and computers.
A collection of reference books, publications, educational information, British periodicals and newspapers are available for use in the library. The reading room provides a quiet and comfortable place for visitors to study and relax. Reference materials cannot be borrowed from the library unless special arrangements are made beforehand, but members may borrow periodicals at the weekend.

By joining our library, you get access to educative resources on the internet through one of our public access computers. You will be able to access a range of e-resources, free e-courses, e-subscriptions, education information and online UK newspapers. E-mail, Internet and photocopying services are also available to library members for a small service charge.
In the library you can access our range of online resources including databases and websites such as: Emerald, Oxford reference, Oxford English Dictionary and Encyclopaedia Britannica online
We have a wide range of home videos which members of the video loans section of the library can borrow. The collection suits all interests and age groups A separate membership is required by those wishing to borrow home videos, including children’s films, comedy, documentaries, feature films, home management, music and sport.
We hold over 2000 English language audiocassettes with accompanying books. Materials are available in a variety of formats such as audio-visual, CD-ROMS, online resources and books. Memebrs can borrow items for a period of one week. Satellite BBC news is available for public viewing at selected times.
To use these resources you need to be a member of our library. Joining is easy. Simply download an application form, fill it in and bring it along to our centre, with two passport photographs and the appropriate payment. You can get more information about membership and fees from here.
