Support to Women

We offer in-house expertise and access to UK and international organisations working in empowering women in leadership. We support projects aimed at improving the status of women in the working enviourment.

Women Empowerment
In principle all our activities have aspects/component that would lead to empowering women in leadership. We had been involved in two projects that addressed issues related to women and leadership and these were:

Leadership and Gender Training for Women Trade Union members.
This project facilitated the training of 200 women representatives of the National Confederation of Eritrea Workers.

Raising Gender, legal and leadership awareness in the Central Region.
In this project more than 199 district administrators and other seniors implemented individuals and members of the National Association of Eritrean Women.
