We aim to build enduring partnerships through the sharing of knowledge and expertise. Through our range of services we help our partners to design, manage and evaluate development projects and programmes. We support them in achieving their development goals through our knowledge, experience and worldwide networks.

What we offer
We offer a range of project management services to support government, NGO and international donor organisations in the delivery of development assistance across a wide sectored range. Our services include:

project and programme design
consultancy management
training management and the delivery of technical assistance.

Our services are tailored to meet the strategic and operational needs of our clients, ensure optimum use of resources, and reflect best practice in approaches to development through stakeholder participation in planning, implementation and evaluation.

EDUCATION SUPPORT Project
Since independence, access to education in Eritrea has increased at elementary, middle and secondary school levels. More recently, education has emerged as the cornerstone to reduce poverty, encourage economic growth and improve the quality of life of citizens. The objectives of this project are to provide technical and advisory services to ensure the effective and timely implementation of the project and build capacity for the management of the project, and of the Ministry of Education. The project started end of August 2007 and is expected to go for about three years.

The British Council has a strong track record of providing technical and advisory services in complex environments and the effective and timely implementation of projects in a broad variety of international contexts.
