English Language zone
Our English Language learning zone is a Self-Access Learning zone for both learners and teachers of English in Eritrea. You can find us on the first floor of our centre in Asmara

The zone contains books on all aspects of English language, from vocabulary and grammar to the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing.  Many of these books are supported by audio and video cassettes.

The zone has a wide range of multi-media CD-ROM learning materials for computer use, a wide range of exciting graded readers and access to a variety of useful online materials.

For English language teachers
The zone has a wide range of books on current ELT methodology, supplementary materials, activities to bring your lessons to life and a collection of magazines and periodicals to help you to develop your own teaching.

Self-access materials
Self-access in the English language reference section is supported by our dedicated and trained staff who will be able to guide you through the materials on offer as well as assist you in the planning of your learning.

We look forward to welcoming you to the English Language Reference Section and the Open Learning Zone.
