Erasmus is a life-changing experience open to all higher education students, but many people mistakenly think it is only for language students. Although many language students do take part in the programme, as it provides the best opportunity to improve their language skills, students from all subjects take part. Students studying Law, Business Studies, Art and Design, Engineering and even Medicine also participate in large numbers.
