Event Information

The Bologna Process is transforming higher education across Europe. Growing modernisation and internationalisation presents significant and exciting opportunities, challenging UK Higher Education Institutions to embrace and implement the change process.

It is vitally important that we engage in a positive way and at all levels for the benefit of our institutions, our students and staff.

REGIONAL SEMINAR -  Oxford Brookes University, 22 January 2010 - "PROMOTING THE EUROPEAN DIMENSION ACROSS THE CURRICULUM"

The British Council in conjunction with the Higher Education Academy, will be holding a seminar on 22 January 2010 on Bologna at Oxford Brookes University - "Promoting the European Dimension across the Curriculum".

We will be presenting case studies from subject areas about ways in which  their own community is addressing the implications of Bologna reforms for learning and teaching of their subject. Breakout sessions will look at different areas and themes, for example European Credit Transfer System or quality assurance, which interest you within each area.
