Proposals are assessed by the ELTeCS Latin America project proposals committee. The committee consists of four members: the Co-ordinator, two regional ELTeCS representatives, and Manager English Language Networking. (If members of the committee put forward project proposals of their own, they stand down from the committee for the relevant meeting.)

* for state school teachers and students from the 5th to the 8th grade, usually in large classes of about 40 students, with basic knowledge of the target language.
