Project proposals are assessed by the ELTeCS Europe and Central Asia project proposal evaluation committee. The committee consists of the Co-ordinator, Manager English Language Networking, and regional ELTeCS representatives.

3. ELT Intercultural Student Podcast Radio Project manager: Graham Stanley, British Council, Spain Teachers from: various countries worldwide
Aims: To bring together an international community of students and teachers to create short podcasts (downloadable radio shows) showcasing their culture, traditions, hobbies and daily life. The podcasts will be supported by student writing, all available on a dynamic website, facilitating a cultural exchange and supporting the English language learning of these students.
