New Test day photo procedures for IELTS Sessions in all test locations

Candidates are still advised to submit one photo with their application.

All Candidates are advised to arrive two hours before speaking test time to allow the smooth flow of the processes. The test day photo will take place on the speaking test day. For other candidates taking the speaking test after the writing papers, the test day photo will be taken on the writing test day.

• You need to arrive at 8.15 a.m. for instructions and ID checks
  
  
• Please bring with you the same identification documents (ID card or passport) you have supplied with your application.
  
  
• Please do not bring valuables to the test venue. The British Council is not responsible for lost items.
  
  
• The Listening, Reading and Writing modules are conducted on the same day.
  
  
• The Speaking test may be scheduled a day before the main exam date or a day later.
