Young Learners summer school

Be a part of one of the biggest British Council Young Learners Summer Schools in the Region (Lebanon, Syria ,Jordan and Egypt)

Our unique task-based courses use books, video and project work to stimulate creativity, develop enquiring minds and improve your children’s English skills in an interesting, communicative and enjoyable way.

There are a maximum of 16 students in the Juniors classes and 18 students for Pre-teens and Teens classes.

What do we offer?

  • completely new English courses for Young Learners (7–15) specially designed to meet your needs
  • qualified and experienced Young Learner teachers
  • a child-friendly and safe learning environment, supported by Young Learner Assistants
  • access to the latest teaching techniques and classroom technology, including Interactive White Boards
  • up-to-date facilities and access to exclusive British Council educational multi-media software
  • task based assessment and the opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher to discuss their progress and ideas on how to develop their English further
  • opportunities to take part in competitions, exhibitions and other activities including the British Council’s Global Art Competition
