British Council launches its Skills for Employability Social networking programme on Facebook and Twitter with the support of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s Fund.
          
           

University College London (UCL) and Heritage Without Borders have teamed with the British Council to offer Cultural Heritage Fellowships to museum professionals in the Middle East and North Africa. 

            
             

From 1 April 2012, the British Council ceased to be the administrator of the Chevening Scholarships programme and will no longer be able to deal with Chevening enquiries.
