Supporting health sector reform and health services management

The UK has an international reputation for innovation and excellence in health. We increase the impact of health service reform initiatives by creating partnerships between individuals and institutions in the UK and throughout the world.

What we offer

We give our partners access to our global network and wide experience of working on health reform projects and programmes. We draw on local, UK and international expertise and experience. Our contacts include UN agencies, training institutions, professional bodies, for example the UK Royal Colleges, health care delivery organisations, for example community health centres, and NGOs.

Our staff are experienced in modern project management tools and techniques.

How we work

We adapt international expertise to support the development of local solutions appropriate to different circumstances. Our approaches cross disciplinary boundaries to support the goal of health care for all.

We support our partners in achieving their goals through our working methods, which are based on the best of UK values and experience, adapted to meet their needs.

What we do

We provide project management services in:

health sector reform
capacity building
restructuring and district health systems
hospital management
reproductive health and HIV/AIDS
public and primary health care
human resource management
medical and nursing education.

Examples of our work

View examples of our work, including managing large-scale reform in Egypt and working on HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention in Ukraine.
