What is the British Council?

The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for educational and cultural relations.

THE BRITISH COUNCIL IN DENMARK

The British Council meets aspirations of young learners by creating opportunities in education, English language learning and cultural exchange.

We work with our partners, both in country and in Britain, to showcase British excellence, innovation and creativity. We are a major channel for the UK's public diplomacy in the region– putting people in touch with people in the UK. We work for the benefit of the individual and for the mutual benefit of Britain and Denmark.

WHERE ARE WE?

We are based in Copenhagen.
