Partnerships will be monitored and reviewed at regular intervals by British Council staff in country. For the duration of DelPHE funding all projects will be expected to share information, including case studies and project highlights. Project managers may be asked by the British Council to participate in interviews about project activities. The DelPHE annual reporting cycle runs from September to August. All projects are required to complete reporting requirements as listed below. It is the responsibility of the lead partner to collate and submit all required information on time to the appropriate BC overseas office. The lead partner must also confirm receipt of all project funds within two weeks of financial remittances sent by the BC. This is a mandatory financial audit requirement. Failure to complete reports and confirm receipt of funds within stated deadlines may lead to funding being withdrawn. Please refer to the project managers' calendar for an overview of annual reporting deadlines.
