Welcome to DelPHE partner finding online. We are pleased to announce the launch of our newly developed website to facilitate HEIs to find a partner for DelPHE. Registration requests will be authenticated by the British Council within 5 working days and an e-mail sent once approved. All registered HEIs will be able to view member interests and contact details. Note that you will not be able to contact HEIs until you have registered. Only HEIs eligible for DelPHE will be able to register. We have put together some useful tips for using DelPHE partner finding online.
