This one-day training course will improve your business communication skills in the key area of email writing. For many of us, the way we word emails is crucial to our relationships with our contacts, both locally and internationally.

This practical and interactive workshop will help you develop the skills you need to communicate more effectively at work.  The Business Writing course is taught in English and the training is very hands-on with no lectures.

The course will focus on:

Exploring ways of improving the writing process
Making emails clearer and more effective
Developing better language appropriacy for formal/informal situations
Highlighting useful language structures for the beginning, middle and end of emails
Paragraph construction
Editing your writing
Practise writing and responding to messages

Level:
An English level of B2 or above is needed to follow the course as it will be entirely taught in English by native speaker trainers. Please contact us if you would like a free level test before the course.

09.00 – 16.00 (with 1 hour for lunch) at the British Council, Bredovsky Dvur, Politickych Veznu 13, Prague 1.

Costs:
The course costs 2,400 CZK per person.

There is a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 people on the course.
