During the online registration you will have the option of uploading a colour copy of your ID document. Otherwise you have to send it to us by email to english.exams@britishcouncil.cz

At the end of the online registration process you can now choose to pay by credit/debit card.

For successful registration you need to submit the following:

• Filled and signed application form / Online registration
• A proof of payment (see the section “HOW TO PAY”)
• A photocopy of your ID

BLOCK ENTRY REGISTRATION

Institutions registering candidates collectively are responsible for the correct and timely registration of their candidates and for paying the fee for them in time. They are also responsible for acquainting their candidates with the terms and conditions of the registration and distributing a timetable for the exam.

The price for an IELTS exam is 4850 CZK.

			Online payment - use your credit/debit card at the end of the online registration process

			Payment in cash – possible in the British Council offices in Prague and Brno.
			Payment by a credit/debit card – possible in the British Council offices in Prague and Brno.

Refund policy for IELTS

			A registered candidate can withdraw from the examination provided that he/she informs the IELTS administrator 5 weeks prior to the examination. Transfers between sessions are possible only in case of illness.
			If a candidate is ill on the day of the test and provides a valid medical certificate to the IELTS administrator (no later than 5 working days after the test), he/she will be entitled to a free transfer to the next IELTS session. Only one transfer is possible. Candidates who were ill (with a valid medical certificate) on the date of the exam and do not wish to be transfered to another session can get back 75% of the test fee.
			If a candidate fails to show up for the test or does not provide a valid medical certificate, he/she is not entitled to any refund at all.
			A completed Request on Refund Form must be submitted to Examinations Services at the British Council in Prague or Brno no later than 5 working days after the test date.
