What's happening
The Slow Boat

The Slow Boat initiative started in June 2009 with the Slow Boat conference organised by the British Council and Artsadmin.

Community Based Adaptation
The British Council is sponsoring the 4th Annual Conference on Community Based Adaptation to Climate Change, organised by IIED and held in Dar es Salaam from the 21st to 27th February.
Nigeria Interfaith Conference

The British Council has helped spread the climate change message to well over 100 million people through the Interfaith Forum on Climate Change for Sub-Saharan Africa.
