This section of LearnEnglish Professionals offers practice in English for Specific Purposes or Professions. There are a series of articles on a specific topic to read and listen to, together with exercises to develop your understanding, vocabulary of the particular subject and useful language skills.

The topics we currently have are Financial English, English for Journalists, English for Engineers, English for Tourism and Legal English.  We are currently introducing articles on English for Medicine.  We also offer one-off articles on other specialist areas.
