Darwin Now is a global initiative which explores the impact of Charles Darwin’s remarkable legacy in the 21st century. Our international programme of activities to celebrate Darwin's bicentennary in 2009 will look at how Darwin’s theory of evolution continues to influence biology and other branches of science today, and provide an opportunity for people to explore some of the most fundamental of questions about the origin, nature and distribution of life.
