WHO IS THE BRITISH COUNCIL?

The British Council is the United Kingdom's international organisation for educational and cultural relations.
The British Council aims to connect people worldwide with learning opportunities and creative ideas from the UK and build lasting relationships between the UK and other countries.
The British Council was founded in 1934 and is registered in England as a charity.
The British Council has offices in 229 cities in 111 countries world-wide.

WHY ARE WE HERE IN CROATIA?

We are here to build links between the people of Croatia and the people of the UK. Our aim is to create enduring partnerships between Britain and Croatia in education, culture and science & technology.
