Connecting youth groups

Please note that since 1st April 2008 Connect Youth has ceased to offer a Partner Finder Database. This decision has been based on logistical and administrative reasons.

However, for all those individuals and organisations looking for potential partners to develop activities which could be funded by the Youth in Action Programme we would recommend to register your group/organisation with Youth Networks -

Youth Networks is a very active site constantly visited by people searching for partners to do not only International Youth Exchanges but also some other activities of the Youth in Action Programme such as European Voluntary Service, Networking Events and Seminars.

Equally, those interested in working in an specific country or with an already identified partner in any of the 31 Programme Countries, queries and detailed information can be obtained from the National Youth Agency in that country. Contacts details for ALL National Youth Agencies can be seen in the attached word document.

In addition to this further information can be requested from Youth Department at the British Council by writing to connectyouth.enquiries@britishcouncil.org or by phoning + 44 (0)207 389 4030.
