Applicants should remember that there are pre-established flat rates and fixed amounts applicable per country for Actions 1, 2, and 4. They may vary depending on the country in which the activity is taking place.
For the purpose of the Youth in Action programme, other countries are referred to as "Neighbouring Partner Countries".
Youth Exchange activities with Partner Countries may be bilateral, trilateral or multilateral. Priority is given to trilateral and multilateral exchanges. A bilateral Youth Exchange can be justified if the group are new to European projects or operate on a local or small scale
