Comenius is one of the most popular education programmes for schools, colleges and local authorities. It offers generous levels of funding and there is a lot of support available to help you get started.

Application Forms and Guidance is where all application documentation including support material can be found. We aim to make the application process as transparent as possible. The Quality Assessment Forms for example, show how the answers on each application form will be scored. |

The Call for Proposals is published each year by the European Commission. It provides useful background on the Lifelong Learning Programme, of which Comenius forms a part. It's a large document, and is not essential reading for everybody, but you may find the parts relating to Comenius useful. |

Appeals: If you are an applicant or a beneficiary and feel that the British Council has made an incorrect decision (for example in turning down your application or in calculating your final grant amount), then you may appeal. For more information, see the Appeals page. |
