Comenius is one of the most popular education programmes for schools, colleges and local authorities. It offers generous levels of funding and there is a lot of support available to help you get started.

Application Forms and Guidance is where all application documentation including support material can be found. We aim to make the application process as transparent as possible. The Quality Assessment Forms for example, show how the answers on each application form will be scored. |

In January and February the British Council hold Comenius application surgeries all over the UK. At a surgery you receive feedback on your application. Because these events are held before the application deadlines, it gives you time to take any suggestions for improvement on board. These surgeries will be advertised on our events page. If it's difficult for you to attend a surgery in your region, we can arrange to give you application feedback by email or over the phone. |

The Call for Proposals is published each year by the European Commission. It provides useful background on the Lifelong Learning Programme, of which Comenius forms a part. It's a large document, and is not essential reading for everybody, but you may find the parts relating to Comenius useful. |
