IELTS results will be delivered 10 working days after the date of your written exam. We don’t send the results by post, you must pick them up at the Customer Service Departament, Carrera 9 No. 76 – 49 Piso 5, British Council, on Mondays from 1400 to 1900, Tuesday to Friday from 1000 to 1900, and Saturdays from 0830 to 1500. If you can not pick up your results in person, the person in charge should bring a written authorisation and the photocopy of your ID.

YOU WILL BE GIVEN ONLY ONE COPY OF YOUR RESULTS.

You have the possibility of requesting a band score revision in the case of not being satisfied with your results. This revision is made in England and has a cost of £60 pounds. Please take into account that this request must be in England by the sixth week after taking the written exam, otherwise it won’t be processed. You have the choice of asking for verification of one or more parts of the exam. The final decision takes about six weeks to get to our centre in Bogota.
