Teaching Centre Marketing Manager

The Teaching Centre is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Marketing Manager to help us meet challenging targets for income and audience, through absolutely fantastic marketing and promotion of our products and services.

Responsibilities and main duties

  • Design and manage an innovative and exciting strategy for increasing sales among key target groups.
  • Improve internal communication with our current students, including adult professionals, young learners and their parents, and corporate clients and contacts
  • Identify Market Research needs and lead on implementation and effective use of results.
  • Ensure our materials meet organisational brand standards and exceed customer expectations of quality and relevance.
  • Manage and deliver on an improvement in the use of social media for generating positive word of mouth and thereby increased numbers.
  • Identify and manage the relationship with design and marketing outsourced providers, monitoring their quality holding them to targets and results.
  • Be part of the Digital Launch team for our new website design, and ensure information on the new platform is engaging, current, and supports business growth.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of our marketing and promotional initiatives to show value for money / return on investment. Manage and monitor budgets related to the role.

Experience

  • Sales and / or marketing experience in a large and complex organisation with proven results
  • Creative and results – led engagement with existing and potential customers
  • Use of digital / social media tools for marketing and sales

The ability to use English and Spanish with confidence and fluency is essential in this role. Applicants will need to demonstrate proof they operate at B2 level in both languages.

Monthlt salary: $4,725,139 (ordinary salary)
Type of contract: indefinite.
