Are you ready to take on the challenge? The Pitch is a competition that challenges talented student teams to manage a fictional British professional football club. Teams will face the challenges that football clubs would normally face in a season, as well as having to plan for the future development and success of the club.
Coventry University, in partnership with Education UK and the British Council are looking for teams of students from across China to take part. This is your chance to showcase your team working skills and lay the foundations for a great future. You could even win a trip to the UK, including flights, accommodation and meals.
The final winning team, Yali Middle School of Hunan Province (Team members: Zhu Weichen, Wang Yayi, Zhang Jiahua, Wen Xiaohui) was awarded a unique UK cultural and educational trip, including visits to UK education institutions and football clubs. Find out their exciting UK trip.
The Pitch will give you and your team a real taste of the UK education experience. You’ll get the freedom to apply your own thinking while gaining knowledge and critique from specialist academics and professionals. Short-listed teams will then compete in Beijing in an exciting final where the overall winning team and school will be decided. Think what it could do for your CV.
