The Law and Governance papers commissioned by the British Council China are produced to raise awareness of the United Kingdom’s achievements and in a manner which encourages mutual dialogue and partnership arrangements between China and the UK. These papers are meant for people involved in policy work, academics and the wider general public with an interest in economic and social reform.
