Sino-British Public Administration Visiting Lecture Programme
Background Notes

The British Council is one of seven European partners delivering technical assistance for the European Union funded China-Europe Public Administration programme with China National School of Administration ("CNSA”) being the ultimate beneficiary.

CNSA is currently co-operating with Peking University to develop a MPA programme.  The British Council has been approached by the CNSA to provide UK speakers for a series of lectures entitled the “Sino-British Public Administration Visiting Lectures Programme”. The proposed lecture programme brought senior UK practitioners and academics to deliver lectures on related key strategic themes facing China.

3rd Lecture - Corporate Governance for Better or Worse (4 December 2004)

4th Lecture - Leadership in Public Service Reform (19 March 2005)
