A delegation from the State Council legislative affairs office visited UK from 11 to 18 October 2003. During the tour senior Chinese officials looked at the UK system for administrative reconsideration and approaches to citizen’s rights of re-dress during administrative procedures.

The delegation visited the Administrative Court, the Royal Court of Justice and the Council on Tribunal and Local Government Ombudsmen in the UK. The delegates exchanged ideas and views with UK counterparts upon the development of adminstrative law system.
