In order to enhance UK-China co-operation in science and technology and to strengthen our communications in science and museum management, we sent a CCTV crew to visit UK museums in March 2005. Following their visit, the CCTV crew produced a series of six TV programmes which were subsequently broadcast nationwide in China.
