BOOK AN EXAM
Do you want to book an exam? You can contact us by telephone, by fax or via e-mail, telling us your requirements. Our exams services staff will keep in touch with you and follow up the necessary arrangements.
Special Arrangements: Candidates who require special arrangements are asked to contact us at least three months before the test date.
Cancellation
  • If candidate would like to cancel the booking 5 working days prior to the examination, 50% of local charge can be refunded to the candidate. Sufficient evidence or explanation must be given, in either Chinese or English. This evidence can be Evidence can be a medical report or accident report etc, which should be issued by an authorised body.
  • If the cancellation is made within 5 working days or the candidate is absent, there is not refund to candidates
