BULATS is a customer-oriented testing service. BULATS agents strive to provide service anytime and anywhere to meet the customers’ needs. BULATS tests can be administered where and when the customer wants, and the results are available quickly (or even immediately in the case of the Computer Test).

BULATS tests can be arranged by BULATS agents. Any companies which are interested in BULATS can obtain more detailed information by contacting a BULATS local agent. After the customer and the local agent agree on the details, the BULATS agent will arrange for the test and provide advice and support for the company using the test. BULATS agents can also provide some follow-up services, like language training and consulting, for example.
