To celebrate Scotland, we held a literature night at the Bookworm on 11 September for all those who are interested in the literature of Scotland and the uniqueness of the Scottish language.

The guest speakers, Ms  Liz Niven, language expert and Scottish poet, and Ms Ma Ainong, senior translator of the Harry Potter series as well as other literary works discussed the top Scottish novelists, the evolvement of Scottish English, stories of interest pertaining to the translation of  Harry Potter, and what translated Scottish literary works are available in China.
