The London Design Festival The London Design Festival was established in 2003 as an annual event to celebrate and promote London and the UK's design creativity. It is an umbrella brand that brings together a diverse and unique group of partner organisations from across a range of sectors and works with the very biggest to the smallest. Each year it enables new collaborations which bring exciting new projects covering every aspect of the industry and beyond. The London Design Festival mirrors the uniquely diverse nature of the London design scene, which has an unparalleled breadth and depth compared with other international cities. Meanwhile, the number of international projects in the Festival continues to grow making it a fixture on the international design calendar.
London Fashion Week Energy, ideas and outstanding glamour – welcome to London Fashion Week. In February the capital played host to over fifty trend setting designers on the catwalk, and many, many more at the exhibition. Those talents were housed at the specially constructed tents at the Natural History Museum and at inspiring venues across London. Each season, designers unveil their collections to a professional audience of press and buyers who pay visit to the capital from the UK and cities across the globe. London is where fashion ideas start, where creative talents bloom and where flourishing businesses are born. The capital celebrates fashion both on and off the catwalk in the city's renowned restaurants bars and clubs and of course on the street.
