Application form

Note that all applicants must now submit their applications online.

Please log in and complete the Chev1 application form, creating your own log in and password.

The system allows partial completion of an application so that you can return to complete the form if necessary. When all the pages of the form have been completed, submit your application. Note that from this point forward you will no longer be able to log in as your log in and password will have been deleted.

If you are selected for an interview, you will be asked to complete this declaration of health form.

Transcripts
If you are selected for an interview, you will be asked to provide the original transcripts from your undergraduate degree as well as any other courses relevant to your studies in the UK. If the transcripts are not in English we request that you provide a translation. Please do not send your transcripts unless you are selected for an interview.
 
 

Letters of reference

If you are selected for an interview, you will be asked to provide at least one academic reference. The second reference can be either an academic one or a professional one. Please ensure that references are provided in English. We ask that referees provide a standard letter of reference as there is no form or specific criteria. Please do not send your references unless you are selected for an interview.

 
 

Looking for a tip?
We generally receive over 200 applications and will be awarding only three scholarships this year. This means that competition is extremely tight and all applications are read very closely. To make sure your application stands out please be clear and concise in your personal statement.
