The British Council Canada administers one scholarship programme, the Chevening Scholarship, which is aimed at Canadian Citizens or Canadian Permanent Residents who intend to pursue Masters level studies in the UK.  Please see our website for details about the programme, requirements and applications procedures.

The Saltire Scholarship is an exciting scholarship opportunity for Canadians aimed at encouraging bright, talented and hard working individuals to live, work and study in Scotland. £2000 is available as a one-time award towards the cost of tuition fees for a full time Masters degree course (excluding PhD studies) in a wide range of subject areas. You can choose to study at any of Scotland's universities and Higher Education Institutions.

For links to other scholarships for which you may be eligible, please visit our Scholarships and Funding pages. The International Department of your chosen UK school may be able to offer advice. You may also wish to consult the Government of Canada International Scholarship Programmes, the site for Education UK, or the searchable database at Hotcourses.com.
