The British Council Canada administers one scholarship programme, the Chevening Scholarship, which is aimed at Canadian Citizens or Canadian Permanent Residents who intend to pursue Masters level studies in the UK.  Please see our website for details about the programme, requirements and applications procedures.

Canada is one of the priority countries for Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships (SSS), a substantial programme of scholarships of up to 200 awards, each worth £2000, towards the tuition fees of a one year Masters course at any of Scotland's higher education institutions.  The closing date for the 2011/12 awards is 17 June 2011.  Please see Talent Scotland for application information.

The International Department of your chosen UK school may be able to offer advice. You may also wish to consult the Government of Canada International Scholarship Programmes, the site for Education UK, or the searchable database at Hotcourses.com.
