Language Assistant Testimonial

UK Language Assistant Andrew Martin, originally from North Lincolnshire, has been posted to Amos, Québec, and shares the following comments:

“My experience has been absolutely amazing. I have experienced many different things to those back home. For starters, just getting to try different things that I would never have done back in the UK, such as going on an ATV or eating Moose. The town of Amos is a lot smaller than mine back home with only a population of 13,000 however the people are so friendly and welcoming, my students are creative and always game for some fun and games, it has just about everything I need so it doesn't really matter that it is 7 hours from Montreal and the other Assistants!!! The only downside that I can think of to date is that after the cold and snow of October, we have been victim to the warmest November since 1982 which means no snow and closed ski resorts.”
