International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

To register for IELTS you will need the following:

  • IELTS Application form (download the form)
  • A Passport or National Identification Card with its photocopy
  • 2 recent passport photographs which have been taken within the last 6 months

Note: Special arrangements for disabled candidates can be made upon request. For more information, please contact the test centre directly.

IELTS fees

The IELTS fee is USD 145.

The fee must be paid in advance of the test date and are not normally refundable or transferable once your registration is completed. Registrations are accepted up to 3 days before the session date, or until the session is full.

Refund/Transfer Policy

Candidates who request a postponement or cancellation of their test within 5 weeks of the test date will normally be charged the full fee unless their request is due to medical reason and they are able to provide appropriate medical evidence to support their request within 5 days of the test date.

Registration Checklist

  • I have signed and dated the Application Form
  • I have provided two recent passport sized photographs taken within the last six months (signed on the back)
  • I have checked which version of the test I need to take
  • I have provided a copy of my ID or passport
  • I have provided a copy of my previous IELTS test report (if applicable)
  • I have provided all the information required
