The Teacher Training Seminars are organised jointly by British Council Bulgaria and the University of Cambridge ESOL. They are designed for university/school/ language centre teachers who prepare candidates for Cambridge ESOL exams, or are planning to do so in the future. School managers can order a certain type of seminar(s) for all or a group of their teachers.
The seminars aim to:

			ensure teachers are familiar with the content of the exams
			describe the level of the exams and what is expected of the candidates
			review the assessment criteria and methods
			relate the exams to the real-world language needs of the candidates
			provide guidance on candidate preparation

The seminar presenters are experienced and knowledgeable tutors, trained by Cambridge ESOL. All participants receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Registration procedures
To submit a request for organising a seminar, please send us the following information:

			Name of educational institution
			Contact details – contact person, address, telephone number, e-mail
			Seminar(s) title
			List of participants
			Preferred seminar date
			Payment data

Requirements:

			maximum number of participants - 30
			deadline for request submission – at least 6 weeks prior the chosen date
			provision of premises for the seminar conduct
			provision of refreshments

Seminar Fees, 2009
For Sofia:
up to 25 participants – 265.00lv;
26 to 30 participants – 300.00lv.
For other cities: fees as above plus additional related costs such as travel, accommodation etc.

Payment can be arranged:
- by bank transfer to: Citibank, 2 Maria Louiza Street, Sofia, IBAN (Leva account): BG24 CITI 9250 1051 0009 03.
Note! It is important to write against „Основание за плащане”: „Такса за семинар”. When making a payment by bank transfer you must attach to your request a clear copy of your bank statement or send it by fax/email.
- Cash at the British Council Customer Service Centre, ground floor, Monday-Wednesday and Fridays 09.00-18.00 and Thursdays 09.00-13.00
The payment of your seminar attendance fee will be considered as your final confirmation for attendance.
